1. Shipping Information
- Shipping charges is flat rate at US $ 6.99 worldwide with
quantity purchased of 1 to 6 titles. Each VCD listed at BestSoccerShop.com
is considered as 1 single title.
- if the quantity of VCDs exceeded 6 titles, you will be charged
another US $6.99.
-We ship to almost any countries however, several remote shipping
countries or towns would involve additional charges. This additional
charges would be informed to the customer to obtain prior consent
for shipment before the order are shipped.

2. Shipping Method
Shipping is usually done through International Registered Airmail
which does not provide tracking facilities. All orders are with
shipping guarantee of 25 Days. We will resend the package once
if customers fail to receive the order within 25 days.

3. Shipping Duration
Shipping duration varies from one destination to another which
usually takes 1-3 weeks.
USA - Canada & South America : orders can be expected
to arrive within 10 - 15 days (Metropolitan areas). ( ** for
Non-metropolitan areas, delivery time is approximately 12-20
days )
Europe : orders can be expected to arrive within 10 -
15 days.
Australia and Newzeland : orders can be expected to arrive
within 10 - 15 days.
Asia : orders can be expected to arrive within 7 - 12
days.
** Some backorder and hard to find items--may require 2-3 days
more.

4. Lost Orders and Undeliverable Shipment
Lost orders
If you don't received your order within 25 days after the order
shipped, please contact
BestSoccerShop@yahoo.com
All shipping is done by registered airmail. We will trace your
order to find out what happened (only retained by us). In the
event of loss the lost order will be reshipped one time only,
by registered airmail. Also, registration is not insurance,
and the full value of the lost goods is unlikely to be recovered.
Delivery of the replacement order is NOT guaranteed (we guarantee
to ship it, but cannot guarantee that it will arrive). If you
have two consecutive orders go missing, there is probably something
seriously wrong with your local postal delivery or customs procedure,
and you are advised to contact your local mail service. No refund
No refund is given for lost orders.
Undeliverable Shipment
Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it
cannot be delivered. We will contact you via provided email
and resend the parcel only once without any charge.

5. Custom duty and sales tax
Some destination countries collect customer duties or sales
tax for Video CD titles coming into their countries. All customers
are required to check with their local authorities on this issue
and the customers are responsible to pay any incidental charges
for custom duties or sales tax.

6. Delivery and confirmation
You are expected to receive two emails when you place an order.
First, you will receive an email confirming your order from
CCNow (usually this email will reach you within 1~3 hours after
you submitted order). Second, BestSoccerShop.com will send you
shipping confirmation email when the parcel is shipped.

7. Stock availability
All titles appear on our site are available at the moment of
publishing and you could make purchase and receive your order
in time. However, in certain occasion, the title may run out
of stock when you have made the purchase. We will send email
to inform you out of stock title and the order will pending
your further instruction for shipment. You could either choose
to ship all your order once the title is available (in general,
we will take around 1-2 days to confirm whether the availability
of the title) or, you could instruct us to ship the existing
titles or get a replacement title.
