Bayern Munich moved back level with Bayer Leverkusen at the top
of the Bundesliga and improved their goal difference in the process
with a solid win over Borussia Dortmund.
Mohamed Zidan put the visitors ahead in the fifth minute but Mark
van Bommel equalised midway through the opening period.
Arjen Robben put Bayern ahead five minutes into the second half
before Mario Gomez's goal ensured there is now only one goal between
the leaders Leverkusen and Bayern at the top of the table.
Dortmund could have found themselves three up by the time Zidan
put them ahead in the fifth minute.
Sven Bender had two shots cleared off the line, first by Martin
Demichelis and then by Van Bommel as Dortmund went for the jugular.
