Inter Milan lost ground on Serie A leaders Lazio as they could
only manage a draw at home to Sampdoria tonight in response to the
Roman side's victory over Cagliari.
Stefano Guberti gave Sampdoria the lead in the 62nd minute and
the Blucerchiati looked on course for all three points until Samuel
Eto'o levelled with 10 minutes remaining.
The Nerazzurri searched for a winner, but had to settle for a point
at the San Siro.
The result leaves them four points behind Lazio in second place
while Sampdoria move into a share of seventh, eight points adrift
of the summit.
