We have a 15-day money back guarantee for all the products
that you purchase from us. You may return any item within
15 days of delivery for 90% refund at the purchase price (excluding
$6.99 shipping and custom duties). We're sorry that there
will be a 10% restock fee.
Please take note that we could only refund or return for any
items purchased from www.BestSoccerShop.com, and you are strongly
advised to send us notification email before deliver the return
products.

6. Can I play my VCD on the computer?
Information about VCD:
A Video CD (VCD) is a kind of CD that contains both audio
and visual data like DVDs. However, its picture quality is
less than DVD and close to VHS. In addition, VCDs do not have
Region-code restrictions and therefore can be played on most
DVD players regardless of region codes.
All VCDs can be played or viewed on ALL computers. You can
play your VCD on computer as far as you have a Pentium 133
and above computer with CD Rom installed. All you have to
do is download any MPEG player Software to play it.
If you are having a Windows based computer, you may want to
check out Windows Media Player.
To view the movie on your computer,
click on the MPEGAV folder and open the AVSEQ01 file with
Windows Media Player.
If you are using Linux/Unix platform, you may want to find

If you having MAC platform, you may be interested to download
Quicktime from Apple.

7. How long will it take for me
to get my order?
